What does the MARS Foundation do?
Within the organization, we implement our own social and business projects: Shopmat, Xobox, ButBox, and Craft Drinks, through which we generate revenues allocated to the development of the entity and supporting others in building their own businesses/startups and social initiatives. We participate in various events as exhibitors, co-organizers, and speakers.
How does the foundation help people and entities?
We educate, share practical knowledge, and above all, create jobs by offering services and products to commercial, NGO, and individual clients. We have developed two support paths: joining our team as an employee/subcontractor or gaining access to our resources to pursue your own initiatives and businesses.
How can you join the foundation's community?
Anyone who wants to grow, network, and work with us can join. Simply click the “Join Us” button on the website and fill out the information form to introduce yourself. Participation is free and voluntary. After submitting the form, we’ll review it and discuss your involvement in the team.
Are the foundation's services paid?
It depends on how you fit into the team, your own skills, and your professional development direction. You can join as an employee/subcontractor and work to develop your own projects implemented by the foundation. You will be paid for your work. If you want to pursue your own business/project with the foundation team, you will have to cover some costs individually under the umbrella of the organization.
What does collaboration within the foundation community involve?
By building the largest possible team within the MARS Foundation, a community is created that becomes an internal network, supporting each other when needed. A large community brings thousands of contacts, skills, energy, and motivation, and the organizational resources minimize the costs you would otherwise have to bear on your own. Simultaneously, we operate in the Polish and UK markets, increasing the potential for profit generation and scalability.
