The MARS Foundation is a non-governmental organization operating in the Masovia region since 2015, combining a social mission with a modern approach to business. We are inspired by the experiences of successful people, new technologies, and analysis of social needs, which can be combined with business solutions. We develop social entrepreneurship based on building strong teams, professional activation, and social integration.

We create jobs for everyone who wants to be active and develop their passions and professional skills. We believe that stable employment and real-world market experience are key to independence and building local economic strength.

We conduct social and business activities, developing our own innovative retail and service projects and helping others launch their own solutions. We use income from business activities to achieve our statutory goals and continue to create jobs.
